Responsibilities
- Lead design development from concept through construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and project budgets exceeding $5M
- Coordinate MEP and structural engineering teams
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
- Mentor junior architects and review technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with local zoning and building codes
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and review boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive architectural experience
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating complex commercial/residential projects
- New York State architectural license (RA)
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and UL standards
- Experience with BIM coordination and sustainable design principles
