Responsibilities
- Lead design development from concept through construction documentation for commercial and mixed-use projects
- Coordinate with MEP engineers and consultants to ensure integrated solutions
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures
- Mentor architectural staff and conduct design reviews
- Present concepts to clients and municipal authorities
- Research innovative materials and sustainable building technologies
- Prepare contract documents and construction administration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from NAAB-accredited institution
- 8+ years of experience in commercial/mixed-use design
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating award-winning projects
- Illinois architectural license (or ability to obtain reciprocity)
- Experience with BIM coordination and project delivery
- Excellent client presentation and communication skills
