Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for large-scale commercial/residential projects
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and facade engineering consultants
- Conduct client presentations and manage project budgets/schedules
- Mentor junior architects and ensure BIM model standards compliance
- Research emerging materials and sustainable design methodologies
- Obtain municipal approvals and oversee construction administration
Qualifications
- Professional Architecture license (RA) required
- 8+ years progressive experience with high-rise or institutional projects
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technical execution and design innovation
- Exceptional communication and client management abilities
- Experience with Chicago zoning and building codes
