Responsibilities
- Lead design development from concept through construction documentation
- Coordinate MEP and structural engineering systems
- Manage project teams and client relationships
- Ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards
- Develop innovative BIM models using Revit
- Present designs to municipal review boards
- Mentor junior architects on design principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive design experience
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning commercial projects
- Illinois architectural license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with large-scale mixed-use developments
