Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for natural language processing and computer vision applications
- Lead research initiatives to push the boundaries of deep learning and reinforcement learning

- Publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) and contribute to open-source AI frameworks

- Ensure ethical AI development through bias mitigation and fairness frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research in AI/ML
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Experience deploying production ML systems at scale
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and generative models
