Responsibilities
- Lead research in advanced ML domains: generative AI, reinforcement learning, and multimodal systems
- Architect and deploy production-grade AI models serving 10M+ users
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into enterprise-ready solutions
- Secure $2M+ in government/industry research grants
- Shape AI ethics frameworks and responsible development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of SOTA publications in top-tier AI conferences
- Mastery of PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed ML systems
- Expertise in at least one specialized area: NLP, computer vision, or RL
- Experience leading ML teams and managing research roadmaps
- Demonstrated ability to commercialize AI research
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainable AI
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) ML services
