Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in generative adversarial networks and reinforcement learning
- Design novel neural architectures for low-latency inference on edge devices
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for quantum-enhanced machine learning
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature)
- Mentor PhD-level researchers and lead cross-functional technical teams
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready AI solutions
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants from government/industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 10+ papers at NeurIPS/ICML/CVPR with h-index >20
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with C++ backend optimization
- Proven track record of deploying ML models at 10M+ user scale
- Strong background in differential geometry and topological data analysis
- Experience with distributed ML frameworks (Ray, Horovod)
- Proficiency in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
