NeuroCore Innovations is pioneering the next generation of cognitive computing. We are looking for a brilliant Senior AI Research Scientist to join our elite R&D team in Cambridge, MA. You will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge deep learning architectures that push the boundaries of what is possible in natural language processing and computer vision.
As a key member of our science division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and real-world application, ensuring our solutions are not only scientifically sound but also scalable and robust.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art deep learning models and algorithms.
- Conduct rigorous research and experimentation to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and generalization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deploy research models into production environments.
- Prepare and submit high-quality research papers to top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.).
- Mentor junior researchers and provide technical guidance on research methodologies.
- Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and drive product innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research or a comparable industrial setting.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Proven track record of publishing research in reputable academic conferences or journals.
- Deep understanding of statistical methods, optimization techniques, and large-scale distributed computing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
