Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Architect CI/CD pipelines for microservices deployment with Jenkins, GitLab, and ArgoCD
- Optimize cloud costs through automated resource scaling and reserved instance strategies
- Implement security frameworks including IAM policies, VPC design, and compliance monitoring
- Lead incident response for production outages and post-mortem analysis
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud architecture best practices
- Develop monitoring dashboards using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud infrastructure experience with AWS/GCP certification
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS/GKE) and serverless architectures
- Strong proficiency in Python/Bash for automation and scripting
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Knowledge of network security, load balancing, and distributed systems
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
