Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale foundation models using deep learning architectures.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
- Optimize inference pipelines to ensure real-time performance at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production applications.
- Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals.
- Mentor junior researchers and provide technical guidance on complex projects.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI research and implement them into our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing, specifically Transformers and LLMs.
- Expertise in Python, C++, or CUDA.
- Experience with distributed training systems (e.g., Ray, Horovod) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong publication record in AI/ML is a plus.
