Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize complex SQL queries to extract insights from multi-terabyte data warehouses.
- Design and implement high-impact interactive dashboards in Tableau to monitor global KPIs.
- Conduct advanced exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify emerging market trends and customer churn risks.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define data requirements for new feature launches.
- Automate sophisticated data pipelines and reporting workflows using Python and Airflow.
- Present data-driven narratives to C-suite stakeholders to influence company-wide strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Math).
- 4+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
- Mastery of SQL (PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or Snowflake) and data modeling principles.
- Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Proven track record of building production-grade dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
