Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures from scratch.
- Production Optimization: Translate theoretical research into scalable, production-ready code for our cloud infrastructure.
- Publication: Author and present high-quality research papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate AI solutions into client-facing products.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior data scientists and researchers within the team.
- Model Evaluation: Rigorously evaluate model performance using A/B testing and statistical analysis.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research and development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Tools: Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker) and big data technologies (Spark, AWS).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
