Responsibilities

- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive technical excellence through code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into scalable solutions
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and evaluate new technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years of experience developing production AI systems
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Published research at NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, or equivalent tier conferences
- Expertise in at least one specialization: NLP, computer vision, or multi-agent systems
- Strong software engineering skills with experience in cloud deployment (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments
