Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for complex problem domains
- Lead research initiatives in transfer learning and multimodal AI systems
- Develop scalable ML pipelines using cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques through continuous learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of applied machine learning research in industry or academia
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR
- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Experience deploying ML systems at scale using Kubernetes and MLOps
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
