Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for multimodal AI systems
- Lead research initiatives in reinforcement learning and generative adversarial networks
- Publish top-tier conference papers (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) and secure patents
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Develop scalable ML pipelines for production deployment on cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial applications
- Establish ethical guidelines and bias mitigation strategies for AI deployments
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of applied research experience in deep learning/NLP/computer vision
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications at top-tier venues
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed ML frameworks
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
