Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX)
- Strong publication record in AI research (3+ NeurIPS/ICML/CVPR papers)
- Proven experience building production-grade AI systems
- Advanced knowledge of computer vision and NLP techniques
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts
- Proficiency in Python and distributed computing (Spark, Dask)
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines
