Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for natural language processing and computer vision
- Lead research initiatives to advance state-of-the-art AI models with 30%+ performance improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research prototypes into production-ready solutions
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) and secure research grants

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
