Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for complex real-world problems
- Lead research initiatives in transfer learning, reinforcement learning, and generative models
- Develop scalable AI pipelines using TensorFlow/PyTorch and cloud infrastructure
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and propose innovative research directions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years of industry experience developing production ML systems
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing
- Strong publication record at top-tier AI conferences
- Proven ability to lead complex research projects from concept to deployment
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD for ML workflows
