Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for complex real-world problems
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives spanning NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning
- Publish findings in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) and academic journals
- Translate theoretical research into production-ready solutions with 10M+ user impact
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates in advanced ML methodologies
- Develop ethical AI frameworks ensuring bias mitigation and responsible deployment
- Secure external funding through NSF grants and industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years post-doctoral experience
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in top AI conferences
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with production-level deployment experience
- Strong background in distributed computing and GPU optimization
