Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for computer vision and NLP applications
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI and reinforcement learning
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy production-ready AI systems
- Publish high-impact research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation in AI methodologies
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
- Stay current with emerging AI trends through continuous learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed ML frameworks
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed AI research publications
- Strong background in deep learning architectures (CNNs, Transformers, GANs)
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio of deployed AI systems serving real-world applications
