Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for NLP and computer vision applications
- Lead end-to-end AI solution development from prototype to production deployment
- Publish research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Mentor junior scientists and conduct technical workshops
- Optimize ML models for scalability and real-time inference
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial applications
- Stay abreast of emerging AI trends through industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed AI research
- Strong programming skills in Python/C++ with proficiency in ML libraries
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex AI projects from concept to deployment
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
