Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of novel AI models for NLP and computer vision applications
- Design and implement advanced neural architectures using PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems
- Publish research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) and secure patents
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through experimental design
- Optimize models for scalability, efficiency, and real-world deployment challenges
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)

- Expertise in transformer architectures, LLM fine-tuning, and MLOps
