Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers and foster cross-functional collaboration between AI, engineering, and product teams

- Stay current with emerging AI trends and evaluate their strategic application to business challenges
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, or generative adversarial networks
- Strong programming skills in Python with proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing
- Publication record at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent AI research venues
- Experience deploying ML models at scale using AWS/GCP/Azure and containerization technologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
