Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI algorithms for next-generation autonomous systems
- Lead research initiatives in deep learning architectures and neural network optimization
- Develop scalable ML pipelines processing petabytes of heterogeneous data
- Publish high-impact research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Mentor junior researchers and drive technical excellence across the AI division
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends through continuous experimentation and benchmarking
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with transformer architectures and large-scale LLMs
- Proven track record of deploying production-level computer vision systems
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong publication record in top-tier AI/ML conferences
- Deep understanding of reinforcement learning and unsupervised learning paradigms
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and mathematical foundation in linear algebra and probability
