Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) and secure patents
- Mentor junior researchers and establish best practices for reproducible AI development
- Secure research grants and partnerships with leading academic institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Published record at NeurIPS/ICML/CVPR with 20+ citations per paper average
- Mastery of LLM fine-tuning, RLHF, and MLOps toolchains
- Strong background in computational linguistics and cognitive science
- Experience securing DoD/NSF grants or similar research funding
