Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel machine learning models for natural language processing and computer vision applications
- Lead research initiatives to advance state-of-the-art AI techniques including deep reinforcement learning and generative models
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research prototypes into scalable production systems
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed conferences and journals (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Mentor junior researchers and foster an innovative research environment
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and evaluate new technologies for commercial potential
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience
- Proven track record of developing and deploying production-level AI systems
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong mathematical foundation in probability, linear algebra, and optimization
- Published research at top-tier AI conferences or equivalent industry impact
- Experience with MLOps tools and responsible AI practices
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
