Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced AI models including transformers, GANs, and reinforcement learning systems
- Lead end-to-end development of production-scale machine learning pipelines
- Conduct original research to publish in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Mentor junior researchers and foster cross-functional collaboration
- Translate academic breakthroughs into practical business applications
- Optimize model performance for scalability and real-world deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (MS + 5 years experience considered)
- 3+ years of experience developing production AI systems at scale
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed AI conferences
- Expertise in computer vision, NLP, or multi-modal learning
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
