Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for next-generation applications
- Lead cross-functional research teams in developing quantum-ML hybrid systems
- Publish high-impact research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into scalable production solutions
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through hackathons
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize research outputs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in AI/ML
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud ML platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation
- Experience with MLOps and deployment of large-scale ML systems
