Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for complex NLP and computer vision tasks
- Lead end-to-end research projects from hypothesis formulation to production deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into scalable AI solutions
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) and industry journals
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source AI initiatives
- Ensure ethical AI development through rigorous bias testing and fairness audits

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years of experience developing production-level AI/ML systems
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences/journals
- Proven ability to lead complex research initiatives from concept to deployment
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, CNNs, and generative models
- Experience with MLOps tools and cloud-based AI deployment (AWS/GCP)
