Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of advanced machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to translate complex business problems into technical research solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to improve model performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Prepare and present technical findings, research papers, and architectural designs to stakeholders.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, data analysis, and algorithm optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
