Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for complex AI challenges
- Lead research initiatives in generative models, reinforcement learning, or multimodal AI
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research into production systems

- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of innovation
- Secure research grants and partnerships with academic institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of applied AI research in industry or academia
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Published record at top-tier AI conferences or journals
- Strong background in mathematics (linear algebra, calculus, probability)
- Proven ability to lead complex research projects from concept to deployment
- Experience with large-scale MLOps and cloud AI platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
