Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel machine learning algorithms for complex data systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing end-to-end AI solutions
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and top-tier conferences
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial applications
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and ethical frameworks
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to technical documentation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of applied research experience in machine learning
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing
- Proven track record of publishing in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR
- Strong background in deep learning architectures (CNNs, Transformers)
- Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
