Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for NLP and computer vision applications
- Lead end-to-end AI project lifecycles from prototyping to production deployment
- Mentor junior researchers and conduct technical reviews of team outputs
- Publish research findings in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial solutions
- Optimize model performance and scalability on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- 5+ years of industry experience in AI research and development
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed ML frameworks
- Published papers at leading AI conferences or peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in transformer architectures, CNNs, and large-scale training
- Strong problem-solving skills with focus on real-world AI applications
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and production ML systems
