Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize deep learning models to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Lead research initiatives, publish findings in top-tier academic conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR), and drive intellectual property generation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to bridge the gap between research prototypes and production-grade deployment.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and curiosity.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI literature to ensure our technology remains state-of-the-art.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis of model architectures.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in applied machine learning, deep learning, or reinforcement learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python (PyTorch or TensorFlow) and C++ for performance optimization.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision (CV) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to publish research and contribute to open-source projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
