Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of state-of-the-art artificial intelligence models and algorithms.
- Architect and optimize deep neural network architectures for high-scale deployment in cloud environments.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready features.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and data analysis to improve model accuracy, speed, and cost-efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic literature and implement novel techniques such as Transformers, Diffusion Models, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven track record (5+ years) of research experience in AI/ML, with a strong portfolio of published papers or deployed models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, linear algebra, and optimization theory.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
