Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for natural language processing and computer vision applications
- Lead cross-functional research projects translating theoretical concepts into production-ready AI systems
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) and secure research grants
- Mentor junior scientists and foster collaborative innovation within our research ecosystem
- Develop ethical AI frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of advanced technologies
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and scale research innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong publication record at premier AI conferences (minimum 3 NeurIPS/ICML papers)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into commercial applications
- Experience with MLOps and AI deployment pipelines
