Responsibilities
- Design novel transformer architectures for multimodal data fusion
- Lead research initiatives in unsupervised learning techniques
- Develop production-grade ML pipelines for real-time inference
- Collaborate with hardware team to optimize AI accelerator integration
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Mentor junior researchers through weekly workshops

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years industry experience with deep learning frameworks
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training

- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
