Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of novel AI/ML models and algorithms, focusing on deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
- Drive the research agenda, identifying new opportunities and challenging existing paradigms to push the state-of-the-art in AI.
- Architect scalable and robust AI solutions for production environments, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
- Mentor and guide a team of AI engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data science teams to integrate AI capabilities into our core products.
- Publish research findings in top-tier AI conferences and journals, contributing to the broader scientific community.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, evaluating new technologies and methodologies for potential application.
- Present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML research and development, with a proven track record of significant contributions.
- Expertise in at least two of the following areas: Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, or Generative Models.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with major AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying and scaling AI models.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, mentor junior team members, and drive research initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI.
- Strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAAI, ACL, CVPR).
