Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and train state-of-the-art deep learning models, specifically focusing on Transformer architectures and LLMs.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and generalization capabilities.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research breakthroughs into scalable production applications.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce resource consumption for cloud deployment.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic papers and industry trends to integrate novel techniques into our stack.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in research engineering or applied machine learning roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Spark, Ray) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and presentations.
