Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for natural language processing and computer vision applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and hybrid AI systems
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research prototypes into scalable production solutions
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) and secure research grants
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of technical excellence
- Optimize AI models for edge deployment and real-time inference performance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Strong publication record at premier ML/AI conferences
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and diffusion models
- Ability to translate complex research into practical business applications
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
