Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems using advanced machine learning techniques.
- Conduct research and experiments to improve model performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering best practices in AI/ML development.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies, integrating relevant innovations.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible development and application of AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data structures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience with MLOps practices, including CI/CD for machine learning models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
