Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Architect scalable and robust machine learning systems in production environments.
- Conduct research and experimentation to advance the state-of-the-art in relevant AI domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in MLOps and model lifecycle management.
- Evaluate and integrate new AI/ML technologies and frameworks to enhance system capabilities.
- Optimize existing models for performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for AI integration within new and existing products.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying large-scale AI/ML solutions in production.
- Proficiency in Python and deep expertise in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, computer vision, generative AI).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools/practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex data.
- Proven track record of technical leadership and driving projects to successful completion.
