Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning and deep learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability within MLOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI features into consumer products.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, model governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven experience with NLP (Transformers, BERT, GPT architectures) or Computer Vision.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps tools.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
