Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning architectures.
- Optimize model inference latency and scalability for high-traffic production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to solve complex natural language processing (NLP) challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI model governance and security.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive knowledge of NLP techniques, transformers, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++ for model implementation.
- Experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
