In this role, you will work alongside world-class researchers and engineers to build robust, scalable, and ethical AI systems that power our enterprise clients. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of model development, from experimental research to production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale deep learning models using state-of-the-art architectures (Transformers, GANs, Diffusion).
- Infrastructure & MLOps: Build and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) to ensure reliable model deployment.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest academic papers and industry trends to integrate novel techniques into our production stack.
- Optimization: Optimize model latency, throughput, and resource efficiency to handle real-time inference at scale.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Programming: Extensive experience in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied research roles.
- Specialization: Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- MLOps: Hands-on experience with CI/CD for ML, version control (Git), and containerization technologies.
