Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AWS SageMaker
- Lead end-to-end ML pipeline development from data ingestion to deployment

- Optimize model performance through advanced techniques like transfer learning and neural architecture search
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and A/B analysis of AI systems

Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade ML systems
- Expertise in Python, deep learning frameworks, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability
- Proven track record of deploying NLP or computer vision models
