Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
- Lead end-to-end AI project lifecycles from research prototyping to full-scale implementation
- Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise products
- Stay current with emerging AI research and implement state-of-the-art techniques
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer reviews to maintain high technical standards
- Document technical specifications and create comprehensive AI system documentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years of professional AI/ML experience
- Expertise in deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and NLP techniques
- Proficiency in Python with strong knowledge of ML frameworks and data processing libraries
- Proven track record of deploying ML models at scale in production environments
- Experience with MLOps tools including Kubeflow, MLflow, or Airflow
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
