Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for real-time inference systems serving >10M daily users
- Lead development of novel neural architectures for computer vision and NLP applications
- Optimize model performance using distributed training techniques on GPU/TPU clusters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise platforms
- Establish MLOps best practices for automated model deployment and monitoring
- Mentor junior engineers while conducting peer reviews of algorithm implementations
- Contribute to AI ethics framework development and bias mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed ML frameworks
- Proven track record deploying production-grade ML systems serving enterprise workloads
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, CNNs, and reinforcement learning
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) with containerization technologies
- Research publication record at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent conferences
- Experience with large-scale data processing and feature engineering pipelines
