- Lead and mentor a team of administrative professionals to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Oversee office procurement, vendor relationships, and facilities management for the London site.
- Manage administrative budgets, tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate high-profile corporate events, board meetings, and international stakeholder visits.
- Ensure rigorous data integrity across all digital filing systems and CRM platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-8 years in a senior administrative or operational management role within a corporate setting.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Asana/Slack).
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing administrative teams.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills with a refined professional demeanor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
