Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for the office, managing incoming inquiries and routing them to the appropriate parties.
- Organize and maintain confidential records, filing systems, and electronic databases to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate internal and external events, including board meetings, team gatherings, and client visits.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly budget reports and expense tracking.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a senior administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced knowledge of office machinery.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
